Our Company’s Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with KVKK. In this context, your personal data may vary depending on the services, products, or commercial activities provided by our Company. It can be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through offices, branches, dealers, call centers, websites, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar tools. As long as you benefit from our products and services, your personal data can be processed and updated.
Your personal data is obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically to provide our products and services within the framework of legal regulations. The collected personal data is processed, recorded, transferred, shared, and stored by our Company under the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the purposes mentioned in Section B.
Under KVKK, sensitive personal data includes data regarding individuals’ race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect, or other beliefs, appearance, membership in associations, foundations, or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal record, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data. Our Company takes the additional measures determined by the Personal Data Protection Board for processing sensitive personal data.
